please, Eat My portfolio!
Bocata Boy will always have a special place in my creative heart.
It was the project that shaped the professional I am today—a little idea born from a broke student trying to find his way, proving that sometimes the best resources are curiosity, stubbornness, and a bit of madness.
During my final stretch at Miami Ad School Madrid, I noticed agency creatives were all eating the same boring sandwiches.
So I created Bocata Boy: the first gourmet sandwich with my portfolio attached. I partnered with Panic, Madrid’s coolest bakery, and launched a campaign with flyers, GIFs, and social media.
Creative directors and CCOs devoured my portfolio, and in 2017 I was selected as one of Europe’s top creative prospects by ADC* Europe.
Years later, I still love this project because it reminds me that creativity doesn’t need a big budget—sometimes it just needs a hungry student, a good idea, and a sandwich with a purpose.
And yes, people still shout on the street: “Hey, Bocata Boy!”

My project was selected at the ADC*Europe "High Potentials" event to be presented to the continent's top creative directors and headhunters.
Crush on top festivals
With headlines as my nuclear weapons, I risked crashing one of Ibero-America's most famous festivals, El Sol, to meet some of my favorite creative directors—and most importantly, for them to meet me.
